Team Development for Next Education Workforce team members

With this micro-credential, educators will demonstrate their growing understanding of what it means to be a strong and effective team member. They will categorize their team based on the different stages of a team and consider how their team might move to the next stage. Educators will also create a shared purpose for their team and demonstrate how they are cultivating a growth mindset in themselves, their team and their students, as well as how they are actively building trust and psychological safety within the team.
