Principled Innovation: Values and Character Assets PowerUp
Identifying our values and understanding how our character assets support them is an important first step in practicing Principled Innovation. Distinguishing the values that are important to individuals, team, community and learning environment ensures that structures and solutions honor, appreciate, and reflect the identified values. When we identify and acknowledge our fundamental values by being clear about what matters most, we establish a compass to direct our decisions and actions.
A PowerUp is a concise, just-in-time learning module designed to address a specific topic or practical skill, typically lasting between 1-2 hours, and is offered individually or in bundles to support professional educators with immediate, actionable content.
