Principled Innovation Card Deck Grades 6-12

Overview

Principled Innovation (PI) Card Decks are powerful tools for cultivating an organizational culture of ethical decision-making. Principled Innovation is a framework for decision-making based on four character assets: moral, civic, performance and intellectual. The framework helps individuals and groups identify fundamental values; reflect critically and compassionately; understand culture and context; and navigate uncertainty to design creative solutions to common challenges. This card deck is designed to be used in grade 6–12 educational settings to connect an understanding of the character assets to ethical decision making and introduce the practice of Principled Innovation to emerging adults.
