Principled Innovation Card Deck Grades K-5
Principled Innovation (PI) Card Decks are powerful tools for cultivating an organizational culture of ethical decision-making. Principled Innovation is a framework for decision-making based on four character assets: moral, civic, performance and intellectual. The framework helps individuals and groups identify fundamental values; reflect critically and compassionately; understand culture and context; and navigate uncertainty to design creative solutions to common challenges.
