Leading Interdisciplinary Team-Based Planning
This course equips Lead Teachers to guide their teams in collaboratively designing interdisciplinary learning experiences that are rigorous, authentic, and accessible to all students. Participants will move beyond solo lesson planning toward shared ownership of design—anchoring instructional decisions in a team vision, responding to diverse learner needs, and leveraging the collective expertise of multiple disciplines.
Through structured collaboration and practical planning tools, Lead Teachers will learn to create the conditions, processes, and systems that sustain effective interdisciplinary design across teams.
