Creating Belonging for Refugee Students and Families in Schools PowerUp
In this PowerUp learners will activate prior knowledge about core components and frameworks of social and emotional learning (SEL). Learners will understand that SEL is a powerful part of refugee* education because it helps refugee students to develop self-awareness, persistence and a greater sense of belonging.
A PowerUp is a concise, just-in-time learning module designed to address a specific topic or practical skill, typically lasting between 1-2 hours, and is offered individually or in bundles to support professional educators with immediate, actionable content.
