Participants will learn practical, research-informed strategies for navigating difficult conversations, fostering inclusive dialogue, and strengthening relationships that encourage collaboration and belonging. Whether you’re leading a classroom discussion, mentoring students, supporting colleagues, or guiding children or young adults at home, this PowerUp offers actionable tools to communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence, skills that are vital for shaping the next generation of African learners and leaders.
